My Values

  • At Sol Therapy + Wellness, we embrace the principles of Adlerian therapy, a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health and personal growth. Rooted in the belief that each individual is capable of creating a fulfilling and meaningful life, we work collaboratively with clients to explore their unique strengths, foster self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of belonging. Whether you're seeking guidance in relationships, personal development, or overcoming challenges, our goal is to support your journey toward greater wellbeing, confidence, and connection.

  • At the heart of my counseling practice is a commitment to social justice, where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. I strive to create a safe and inclusive space where all people—regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, ability, or socioeconomic background—feel seen, heard, and supported.

    I believe in:

    • Equity: Providing individualized care that considers the unique challenges faced by marginalized groups.

    • Inclusion: Ensuring that everyone, particularly those from underrepresented communities, feels welcome and valued in our work together.

    • Advocacy: Actively supporting my clients in recognizing and challenging systemic barriers that impact mental health and well-being.

  • I believe in fostering an open and honest therapeutic relationship. From the beginning, I strive to provide clear information about what you can expect during our time together, including session goals, fees, and confidentiality. I’m committed to creating a safe space where you can feel empowered to ask questions, share concerns, and discuss your progress. My goal is to ensure that therapy is a collaborative process, where you feel heard, respected, and fully informed at every step of your healing journey.
