The counseling services provided on this website may be eligible for reimbursement through your insurance provider. Upon request, we offer out-of-network clients a superbill, which is a detailed receipt that includes the necessary information for insurance claims. We will directly bill accepted insurance companies on your behalf at the time of service. Copay and coinsurance fees will be processed at time of service.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the client to verify with their insurance provider regarding coverage and reimbursement for counseling services.
If we are not an in-network provider with your insurance, coverage and reimbursement may vary. We encourage clients to contact their insurance company for detailed information on out-of-network benefits. Clients are responsible for submitting the superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. We do not handle any claims or payment processing with out-of-network insurance providers.

  • Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a courageous and important decision. Here’s how to get started:

Contact me via phone or email to schedule a brief consultation. During this initial conversation, you can share your concerns, ask questions, and discuss what you hope to achieve through therapy. We can also address insurance or self-pay questions at this time.

In our first meeting, we will discuss your needs, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. This is a time for you to get a feel for my approach and determine if you feel comfortable moving forward.

Together, we will assess your individual needs and determine the best integrative approach for your therapy. I will explain the different therapeutic modalities I offer.

Once we decide to work together, we will collaboratively set specific goals for your therapy. These goals will guide our sessions and help measure your progress.

We will arrange a schedule that works for you, whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, or another frequency that suits your needs. Therapy can be done in person or virtually, depending on your preference.
